Owner and Chef, Brian “Mac Daddy” McEnteer, has over 45 years experience in the hospitality industry and over 20 years of experience as a culinary expert. He trained in some of the world's finest restaurants and clubs before deciding to strike out on his own with Mac Daddy's Food Truck. His passion for food and service is evident in every dish he creates.
